TWINS BORN IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES .. Donna Keenan, who is celebrating the birth of twins born in different countries, with Dylan being born at home in Wooler, Northumberland, shortly followed by twin sister Hannah Rose, born in Melrose, Scotland after Donna was taken to hospital across the border by ambulance in between births.
